調子こいて英語でポストしたので（操作間違えて記事消えました！）

日本語でも書きますね。中国のショッピングサイトで、めちゃちっちゃいパソコンをめっちゃ安い値段で買いました。Win10搭載で7000円ちょいという破格なお値段。CPUはAtom8300で十分なスペック。8000番台のAtomはマジ優秀です。オフィスとかウェブブラウズ、動画視聴では全然余裕なことは知っていたので、ついポチッと買っちゃいました。で、このGearBestと言うサイト、過去に何度か使っていて、中国からでも発送料金がめちゃ安くてめちゃ重宝していたので、まぁあんまり疑わず購入して、モノはあっという間に届けられて、先月から快適に使っていたんですよ。

　そしたら今日になって突然、画面上に変なメッセージが。。

「ウインドウズ、認証されてませんよー」

「え！？」

　あれれ、これもしかして正規版じゃないの？となってしまい、色々試すもシリアルナンバー入れてねと繰り返されるばかり。ということで途方にくれて、カスタマーサポートにアクセスしました。英語で。えぇ、適当イングリッシュでなんとか書いてやりましたよ。

　ただまぁ中国のサイトなので、ロクな返事返ってこないだろうなー、ていうか返事来ないだろうなと思っていたら速攻めちゃ丁寧な返事が来てびびった。返送＆全額返金か商品キープ＆値引き＋ポイントか、商品キープ＆一部リファンドの3択。まぁ元々の表示が誤認ではあるけど、これだけ値引きしてくれるんだったらまぁいっかと納得させるオファーの設計。不良品率も多いだろうから、その辺はうまくデザインされているんだろうなと思った。正直楽天とかカスタマーサービス最悪で、困っていても逃げてばかりで助けてくれないけど、逆に好感がもて、また使ってみようかなという気になった。

　まぁ自己責任の部分が多くて英語サイトだけど、うまく使いこなせれば選択肢は一気に広がってくると思うので、興味があれば是非トライしてみてください。

　ということで最初のブログがなんだかガジェットネタというのが自分らしいですが、なんとなく最近書くのが楽しくなってきたのでちょこちょこ情報発信できればと思いますー。
